Website Terms
Effective November 2, 2026. These terms govern use of the Omega Staffing website and its job-search, application, messaging, and account features provided by Omega Staffing Solutions LLC ("Omega Staffing," "we"). By creating an account or using those features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
These are website terms. A separate written staffing, client-service, employment, assignment, or onboarding agreement controls the subject it covers if it conflicts with these terms. The website does not itself create an employment relationship or promise an assignment.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information when you register or apply, keep it reasonably current, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. You may use another person's account or submit information for someone else only if you are authorized to do so. Eligibility requirements for a particular job or service may vary and will be explained separately.
Jobs, applications, and employer requests
Job descriptions, openings, pay details, and availability may change. A listing, application, message, or account does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, or employment. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful content of information they provide. Do not post discriminatory, misleading, or unauthorized job content. Contact us if a listing appears inaccurate or if you need help with an application.
Some jobs or information may originate with employers or other sources. We may correct or remove content that is outdated, inaccurate, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
Information you provide
You retain any rights you have in your resume, profile, application, job posting, messages, and other materials you submit. You give Omega Staffing permission to store, process, display to authorized users, and share those materials as reasonably needed to provide the recruiting, application, placement, or employer service you request. This permission is limited to those purposes and any retention required by law; it is not a license to publish your materials for unrelated purposes.
Only submit information you have the right to provide. Do not include another person's confidential information unless you are authorized to share it. We may remove content or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with another user's access, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape or bulk-extract information without permission, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of law. Authorized employers may use the features provided to submit legitimate staffing requests and job information.
Website materials and availability
Except for content supplied by users and third parties, Omega Staffing or its licensors own the website materials. You may use them for ordinary personal or authorized business use of the site. The site may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors; we work to correct reported issues. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
